- Waiting period
- The time the operator agrees to wait under the stated conditions, with a defined start point and any extra charges.
- Vehicle category
- The quoted class or arrangement of vehicle; seats, baggage space and special requirements still need confirmation.
- Operator confirmation
- The transport provider’s acceptance of a specific journey and its agreed details, distinct from a quote request.
