What to expect

Live quotes, reservations and driver information require a connected transport operator with confirmed coverage. This brief does not reserve a vehicle or assign a driver. Capacity, child seating, accessibility and pickup arrangements require the operator’s explicit confirmation.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier charge. To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with your purchase email, date and amount. These terms do not limit applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
